Created in celebration of the Fort Worth Zoo Ball's 40th anniversary, this immersive safari-inspired environment transformed the Zoo into a journey through four decades of memories. Guests began the evening crossing the bridge through a custom scenic snake tunnel before entering an installation featuring enlarged recreations of historic Zoo Ball invitations, celebrating the event's rich history and evolution. Throughout the venue, custom scenic elements, themed environments, and interactive moments encouraged guests to explore while supporting one of Fort Worth's most beloved institutions.
Stage Works fabricated and installed a wide range of scenic elements for the event, including custom centerpieces, suspended ceiling lanterns, custom bars, a themed catering tent environment, illuminated wildlife graphics, and a larger-than-life crocodile installation, and custom silent auction station. Working alongside the event design team, these pieces helped transform the grounds into a cohesive experience where every pathway, dining space, and gathering area contributed to the storytelling. The result was an engaging celebration that honored forty years of Zoo Ball while creating new memories for the guests who attended.
