For the Snow Ball Debutante Ball, Stage Works transformed the outdoor event space at the Crescent Hotel Fort Worth into a glowing winter wonderland. A custom illuminated ice palace entrance welcomed guests into a series of immersive environments featuring frosted lounges, glowing cabanas, snow-covered scenic details, and a fully custom ice-inspired bar. Cool blue lighting, projected snowflakes, and layered scenic elements turned the open-air venue into a magical winter destination while maintaining the elegance expected of a debutante celebration.
The transformation blended architectural fabrication, lighting, and scenic storytelling to create a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. Stage Works designed and fabricated the custom entrance façade, illuminated bar, winter lounges, photo moments, and decorative environments throughout the space.
