Stage Works fabricated custom scenic elements throughout the celebration, including oversized tree installations, custom walls throughout the wedding, custom chandeliers, backdrops, and statement decorative features designed specifically for the space. From the moment guests arrived, the design embraced the grandeur of the Plaza while introducing custom-built elements that elevated each room into a distinct experience.
The ceremony space was anchored by a dramatic sculptural forest of custom trees and layered scenic landscaping, creating the feeling of stepping into an enchanted garden beneath the hotel's historic ceilings. Later, guests transitioned into a vibrant reception featuring custom floral chandeliers, oversized scenic blooms, patterned dance floors, and richly detailed architectural installations that transformed the ballroom into a whimsical celebration.
