For All Saints’ Prom, Stage Works helped transform the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History into an immersive celestial environment inspired by the wonder of space exploration. Suspended planets of varying scales floated throughout the room, creating the illusion of a solar system brought indoors. From Earth and Saturn-inspired installations to glowing planetary elements overhead, the scenic environment surrounded guests in a universe of color, light, and movement. A custom starfield backdrop wrapped the space, providing the foundation for the cosmic atmosphere and serving as a dramatic visual backdrop throughout the evening.
The installation combined scenic fabrication with lighting integration to create a fully immersive experience. Stage Works fabricated the custom planets and installed the star-drop environment that transformed the room into a galaxy of twinkling lights. Paired with illuminated lounge elements, celestial-inspired décor, and dynamic lighting effects, the result was a prom environment that felt transportive, interactive, and unforgettable from the moment guests stepped inside.
